This document is also available on our online ticketing service, where it must be consulted and validated at the time of booking. It will be given to you at the start of the cyclo-musical day:

28 JUNE 2025 - CYCLO-MUSICAL DAY

We offer two types of pass for this day.
You have a bike* or you need a rental bike* ?
Choose the pass that suits your needs!

This year, you can also take advantage of our free shuttle service, which departs in the morning from Geneva (Hôtel Cornavin) to Anières, the first stage of the Festival, and brings you back to Geneva (Hôtel Cornavin) in the evening, after the last concert in Yvoire.

Dont forget:
You can purchase your PASS for the cyclo-musical day with complete peace of mind: it will be refunded 100% in the event of cancellation on the day of the event AND only in the event of bad weather! All you have to do is send your refund request by email before the first concert at 10 a.m.: bouquet@lemanfestival.org.
Please note: The cyclo-musical day and concerts will take place regardless of weather conditions.

The festival shuttle accompanies you throughout the stages of the cyclo-musical day.

Join us in the morning:

Take the shuttle bus between each stage to see all the day's concerts.

After the last concert in Yvoire, meet up at 8:30 p.m. in the Yvoire parking lot for the return trip to Geneva, with a stopover in Anières for those who wish.

PASS 20 EUR - WITHOUT RENTAL BIKE

and WITHOUT FESTIVAL SHUTTLE

If you're participating in the program with your own bicycle, and if you're travelling to Anières yourself in the morning, choose the 20 euro pass without the “festival shuttle” option.

If you're participating in the program with your own bicycle, but would like to take advantage of our shuttle service, choose the 20 euro pass with the “festival shuttle” option.

The shuttle bus will take you in the morning from Geneva (Hôtel Cornavin) to the first stage of the festival (Anières), and then bring you back at the end of the day, after the last concert, from Yvoire to Geneva (Hôtel Cornavin).

The festival bus will take you to Anières and your bike will be loaded onto a separate vehicle. You can collect your bike in Anières after the first concert at 11am.

Below is a detailed description of the program for the cyclo-musical day, including the itinerary for the ride and the concerts scheduled at each stage.

After the last concert in Yvoire, the bus leaves for the Cornavin hotel at 20.30 pm.

and WITHOUT FESTIVAL SHUTTLE

If you'd like to participate in the program with a rental bicycle, but are going to Anières yourself in the morning, choose the 40 euro pass without the “festival shuttle” option.

- Free rental bicycle for the whole day.

After the last concert in Yvoire, the bus leaves for the Cornavin hotel at 20.30 pm.

*High-visibility waistcoats must be worn and helmets are strongly recommended when cycling.
Don't forget to bring your identity card or passport.

If you're bringing your own bike, don't forget to bring your helmet.
We can provide you with a reflective vest.
We will of course be providing helmets and reflective vests for those who have bought a pass that includes bike hire. The bikes will be under surveillance throughout the concerts.

ORGANISATION OF STAGES AROUND THE CONCERTS

The first concert of the day starts at 10am after registration and breakfast:

STAGE 1 - ANIÈRES > MESSERY - 10km

DÉPART :

Durée estimée du trajet :  40-50 minutes

After the concert, participants will be divided into groups of 10 to 12 people. The first wave is due to start at 11am, followed by starts every two to three minutes. 

The first stage of the walk is approximately 10 km long. Signalmen and signs will guide you along the walk, and mineral water will be distributed at each stop.

After crossing the border, the next stop is Messery (église Saint-Pierre), for the second concert.

Before the concert, a small tasting will be offered with sandwiches on the menu.

MESSERY – BAROQUE MUSIC

STAGE 2 - MESSERY > EXCENEVEX - 10km

START: 14:00
Estimated journey time: 35-40 minutes

The cyclists will then set off again in the direction of Excenevex. This stage is around ten kilometres long and passes through a lovely forest. After a beautiful descent with a magnificent view of Lake Geneva, we arrive directly at the site of the third concert, the Saint-Symphorien Church (Excenevex).

Here, you'll be offered a tray of freshly-picked fruit before the concert.

EXCENEVEX – CHAMBER MUSIC

STAGE 3 - EXCENEVEX > YVOIRE - 3km

START: 17:00
Estimated journey time: 15-20 minutes

After this concert, we'll hop on our bikes one last time to arrive in the magnificent medieval village of Yvoire, where the cyclo-musical day will come to an end.

After parking their bikes at the village gates, participants will have some time to explore this charming village.

To make up for the calories burnt during the day, a slice of pie will be offered before the concert.

YVOIRE – SYMPHONIC CONCERT
19:00 – CASCO Phil

After the concert, for those who have chosen a pass including the festival shuttle, meet at 8:30pm in the Yvoire car park for the return journey to Geneva.
